Small Net Solutions grew out of constant requests from family and friends for "just a little help" with their home PC...

While most people could (finally) puzzle out the instructions on how to setup their broadband connection, personal firewall, etc. most people don't want to or aren't comfortable doing so.

And some people ran into real problems - unclear documentation, obscure technical terms. Tab A does NOT fit in Slot B!

Regardless of why, people needed a consultant - and Small Net Solutions was born.
